Richard Glass and Stan Marshall develop IHI's materials and programs. However, before release, they are reviewed by members of the plan sponsor and product provider communities as well as professional communicators, attorneys, benefit, and investment professionals.

Richard is the President of Investment Horizons. For five years he was also a marketing representative for a quantitative equity boutique whose target market was the large institutional investor.

Richard received both his bachelors and doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh. His post-doctoral work was done at Harvard. He holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Retirement Counsellor (CRC) designations. Richard frequently publishes articles and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on topics related to investing and investment education.

Stan has been working with Investment Horizons for twelve years. He holds a degree in Information and Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. Stan is the Chief Technology Officer at Investment Horizons and has also published articles on topics relating to investing.

Although Richard and Stan form the core of Investment Horizons, many of our projects come to us through our extensive network in the plan sponsor community. It is this network, coupled with our willingness to experiment, "fly trial balloons," the absence of a bureaucratic structure, and the willingness to develop products in conjunction with other organizations, that enables us to be a leader in investment education.
